1. The 30-Day Return Window
You have exactly 30 days from the date you physically receive your package to request a return. Any requests submitted after this 30-day window expires will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a successful full refund, your returned item must comply with the following strict standards:
- The product must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original, undamaged brand packaging.
- All original labels, tags, protective seals, and accessories must remain intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your Evorla order number or confirmation email) must accompany the request.
3. $0 Return Costs & $0 Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping Fees: $0.00 (Free Returns). Evorla provides prepaid return shipping labels for all approved returns. We do not require US customers to pay for return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: $0.00. We do not charge restocking, handling, or administrative fees on any returned items.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
To successfully execute a return, please follow these instructions:
- Initiate: Email our support team at care@evorla.shop with your order number, product name, and a brief description of why you wish to return the item.
- Approve: Once our team confirms eligibility, we will email you a printable Prepaid Return Shipping Label along with specific tracking details.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package the item, affix the prepaid label to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier location.
Warning: Items sent back to our corporate registration address without prior authorization and an official prepaid label will not be accepted or refunded.

6. Refund Processing & 10-Day Timeline
- Inspection Notice: Upon arrival at our facility, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. We will send you an email notification confirming receipt and status approval within 2 business days.
- Refund Execution: If your return is approved, a full refund will be initiated immediately. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal) within 10 business days.
- Note: Individual banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account balance.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at care@evorla.shop within 48 hours. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement unit at no cost to you, or process an immediate full refund.
